It is normal that there is a difference between the values on your monitoring portal and your Smart App. There is a difference in the times when the values are read in. Your monitoring portal records the values live. The app uses values that your distribution system operator forwards to your supplier. This happens once a day and not at a fixed time. It also does not happen simultaneously for electricity and gas, and is entirely determined by your distribution system operator.
