Don't see any production data?

When you don't see any generated energy in your MySungevity portal, often there is no major problem. We do however want to make sure you can see your generated energy in the portal again!


Note: your production data in MySungevity is always lagging one day behind!


Has the generated energy never been visible in the portal? Then please contact us to activate your portal. Was there production data before? In that case, see below for instructions to fix the issue.


Do you have a production meter?

Do you have a production meter as shown in the image below? In that case also please contact us.

Don´t have a production meter?

Don't you have a production meter and is the generated energy currently not visible, while is was before?


It is likely that your inverter isn't connected to the home WiFi-network anymore. If this happens, the production will no longer be visible in the portal. Luckily, the system keeps on producing!


With the aid of a WiFi-manual you'll be able to get your system back online quickly. Look below for your inverter brand and the corresponding manual.


Omnik or Solis inverter

Do you have an Omnik or Solis inverter, as shown in the images below? Then you'll find the manual to restore the connection here.


SolarEdge inverter

Our installers will connect your system to the WiFi-network on the day of the installation. Afterwards, it's the customers own responsibility to make sure the system stays connected.
